Housekeeping Supervisor

The Omni Homestead Resort & Spa is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms meet the Omni standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of prior supervisory/Coordinating experience in Housekeeping and be able to maintain 4-Diamond level cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of prior supervisory/Coordinating experience in Housekeeping
• Ability to maintain 4-Diamond level cleanliness standards
• Ability to work with management on special projects
• Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency as required
• Property Management System such as OPERA experience is a plus!
• Bilingual is a plus!
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to push or pull a minimum of 75 lbs.
• Ability to communicate via radio and phone as needed
• Ability to work all shifts with open availability, including weekends and holidays
