Job Description
The Card Press Operator will set up and operate a Card Press Production Line, providing hands-on leadership and troubleshooting. This role reports to a Production Supervisor and focuses on continuous improvement and quality control. Responsibilities include machine operation, product inspection, data report gathering, and adherence to safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Familiarity with unwind and rewind turrets
- Ability to read, understand, and follow schedule, written instructions and job ticket requirements
- Ability to operate complex machinery with multiple material inputs and process stations
- Knowledge in selecting necessary components for specific jobs
- Ability to work independently and with limited supervision
- Basic High School Diploma / GED
- 2 years of work experience on complex machinery with multiple material inputs and process stations
