They are looking for a Technical Solar Expert to deliver exceptional customer support to solar investors globally. This role involves customer interaction, technical troubleshooting, and ensuring solar energy is seen as a mainstream choice.
Requirements
- 5+ years of customer support experience OR 2+ years of IT/Technical Troubleshooting OR 6+ months of solar experience
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to provide clear and compassionate customer support
- Detail-oriented and efficient note-taking
