Job Description
The Field Application Engineer role within the company focuses on providing application and design support to customers in APAC region, particularly within the telecom, data center, and industrial sectors. The role involves collaborating with sales, channel partners, and product management to secure designs and wins, ensuring product reliability and protection through innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Utilize industry knowledge of OEM power supply marketplace.
- Coordinate activities with sales managers and provide technical guidance.
- Customer advocacy and communication with executive management.
- Training of field sales personnel.
- Maintain market trend knowledge.
- New product technical requirements.
- Basic knowledge of engineering & power electronics.
- Ability to travel within the region (50-60%)
- Mandatory fluency in Mandarin & English
