A well-known consumer finance company is seeking a Risk & Collection Senior Manager. This role involves overseeing risk management and collection strategies, identifying risks, and ensuring efficient and effective collections processes to contribute to business performance. The position requires strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in risk management and collections
- Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks and collection strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in risk management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to risk management and collections
