Job Description
As a Sales Safety Manager for the commercial function, you will be responsible for driving a strong safety culture within Heineken and its distributor networks. This role focuses on ensuring a safe working environment, conducting risk assessments, delivering safety training, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Proactive monitoring and strategic safety programs are key to mitigating risks and fostering a safety-first mindset.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Occupational Health & Safety, Transportation Management, Business Administration, etc.).
- 5+ years of experience in transportation safety, fleet safety, or retail logistics safety.
- Strong knowledge of transportation safety regulations and retail delivery logistics.
- Experience using telematics, GPS tracking, and fleet monitoring systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to train and influence teams to follow safety protocols.
