Job Description
Onbe is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the strategic vision, execution, and continuous improvement of their Payments and Integrations product offerings. This role will require a blend of strategic thinking, team leadership, and hands-on product management expertise, working cross-functionally with various teams to deliver high-quality products and customer solutions. The role involves defining product strategy, managing and developing a team, and collaborating with stakeholders to launch new products and customer initiatives. The position will work on a hybrid, onsite schedule of 2 days per week.
Requirements
- Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap.
- Lead and develop a team of product managers.
- Drive the maturity of product management and Agile practices within the organization.
- Engage with marketing, sales, segment, and account management to refine value propositions, target markets, and go-to-market strategies.
- Research and leverage competitive knowledge to advise product strategy.
