Senior Product Manager

Onbe is a fast-growing FinTech company seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product success by owning and executing product strategy, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering high-impact solutions to the market.

Requirements

• Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Lead in-depth market research and customer discovery efforts
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and customers
• Champion a user-first mindset across teams
• Own and actively manage the product backlog
• Lead vendor evaluation and integration efforts
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and architecture teams
• Make autonomous decisions on scope, trade-offs, and prioritization
• Serve as the customer advocate across all agile ceremonies
• Own validation and quality feedback loops
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle
• Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Proactively identify areas for product improvement
• Act as the escalation point for complex vendor integration issues
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Sales, Implementations, Operations, and Client Support
• Own go-to-market planning
• Drive ongoing training and support for internal teams and key clients
• Own product compliance by proactively ensuring alignment with relevant financial regulations
• Lead negotiation and management of key partner and vendor agreements
