Junior IT Administrator

We are seeking a systems-oriented Junior IT Administrator to join our Corporate IT team, working with identity, access, endpoint management, and employee lifecycle workflows.

Requirements

• Administer identity and access management platforms such as Okta
• Support SSO and SCIM integrations between IAM systems and core SaaS platforms
• Manage secure and timely onboarding and offboarding workflows
• Support macOS endpoint management using platforms such as Addigy or Kandji
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support across identity systems, SaaS applications, access issues, and macOS endpoints
• Perform structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve recurring operational issues and strengthen system reliability
• Contribute to low-code and no-code automation initiatives
