IT Systems Administrator

We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator with a minimum of 4 years of experience to manage and support our organization’s IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT systems administration or a related role
• Hands-on experience with Jira administration and customization
• Proven experience managing Google Workspace environments
• Experience with Okta for identity and access management
• Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro for macOS device management
• Familiarity with macOS, Windows, and/or Linux environments
• Basic scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Bash, or Json) is a plus
• Experience with BetterCloud for SaaS lifecycle automation, access governance, and security workflows
