Solutions Engineer

Ondo Finance is looking for a Solutions Engineer to help grow its developer ecosystem in Asia. The role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, and the ability to work independently across cultures and time zones.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Solutions Engineering, or Developer Support (web3 experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of crypto infrastructure, especially self-custodial wallets, exchanges, and API integrations
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a distributed, multicultural team spanning multiple time zones
• Technical proficiency (software engineering background preferred) — capable of understanding code, debugging integration issues, and communicating with engineers
• Familiarity with tokenized assets, RWAs, or DeFi protocols is a plus
