Solutions Engineer

Ondo Finance is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their team at the intersection of product, engineering, and business development. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role responsible for enabling successful integrations of Ondo’s products and protocols with external developers, clients, and partners.

Requirements

• Serve as the front-line technical partner for customers, helping them integrate and scale with Ondo’s onchain products and infrastructure.
• Write light code (e.g. Bash, Python, JavaScript) and smart contract interface snippets to support onboarding, proof-of-concepts, and integrations.
• Create technical content, including documentation, tutorials, example repositories, and internal tools to improve onboarding and DevX.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve SDKs, APIs, and other integration surfaces based on real-world usage and customer feedback.
• Work with Business Development to scope technical solutions for potential customers and unblock existing relationships.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer to help prioritize features and shape product roadmap.
• Establish scalable processes, playbooks, and metrics for supporting a growing partner ecosystem.
