One Acre Fund is seeking an Investigations and Customer Experience Manager to manage and execute high-quality investigations and customer experience. The role involves developing and adjusting the overall customer experience strategy, conducting seasonal surveys, and ensuring customer engagement efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree/Licence in economics, management, audit, accounting, or related fields
- Knowledge of auditing techniques, principles, and best practices
- Knowledge of accounting
- Ability to analyze data, synthesize, and write reports
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in customer protection
- Excellent customer engagement and communication skills with various stakeholders
- Flexibility and ability to manage stress
- Strong knowledge of Excel and/or another data analysis software
- Professional integrity
- Manifest leadership experience at work or outside work
- Enthusiasm for learning, and openness to feedback
- Humility
- Perfect mastery of French and Kirundi. Knowledge of English
