Requirements

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
• 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting with a 1-year fellowship, OR 1+ year in an urgent care setting
• State licensed in California
• Passionate about human-centered primary care
• Ability to communicate with individuals of all backgrounds
• Effective use of technology to deliver high quality care
• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
• Ability to adapt to patient needs
