Requirements

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
• Practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
• State licensed in California
• Passion for human-centered primary care
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patients
• Ability to use technology effectively
• Ability to demonstrate clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
• Desire to be part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery
• Openness to feedback and reflection
