Job Description
OneDigital is seeking a Benefits Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Benefits Services and a Life & Health Producer License. The role involves developing client knowledge and maintaining compliance, as well as designing and implementing workflows supporting routine benefits tasks. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Benefits Services
- A Life & Health Producer License is Required
- Experience using Prism HR or any HRIS incorporating benefits administration is strongly preferred
