Requirements
- Develop comprehensive learning journeys for producers and consultants across all levels
- Integrate employee benefits-specific tools and enablement resources into training
- Build and deliver content through on-demand modules, live workshops, and personalized coaching sessions
- Coach producers on leveraging available technology and tools
- Facilitate workshops and office hours focused on client-facing applications of strategic tools
- Support producers in preparing for high-stakes prospect meetings
- Analyze performance data and feedback to refine training programs
- Stay current on trends in employee benefits, compliance, funding models, and client expectations
