Job Description
We are a people-focused organization that helps employers provide health, pharmacy, long and short-term disability, vision, dental and other insurance solutions. We are looking for a Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and drive growth, strengthen brand leadership, and elevate the client experience.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
- Proven success in building and executing sophisticated GTM and brand strategies
- Experience supporting M&A teams with pre-sale marketing, positioning, outreach storytelling, and value-prop alignment
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Deep familiarity with digital marketing, growth marketing, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of employee benefits market trends, funding strategies, and the competitive landscape
