We are looking for a Head of Customer Success to lead and develop our Customer Success organization across multiple markets.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar commercial role within SaaS or technology-driven companies
- Proven experience leading and developing managers or team leads, preferably in a multi-market or international setup
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing enterprise customers and complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps to drive retention and expansion
