Requirements
- Experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Leader supporting senior leadership.
- Ability to own and lead HR strategy for business units with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrated ability to build and implement strategic HR plans.
- Exceptional influence, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
