Senior UX Designer

OneTrust is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join the User Experience Design team. The Senior UX Designer will create deliverables for the entire design process, including information architecture, interface design, interaction design, and low and high-fidelity prototypes. The role requires a strong collaborator who can effectively communicate with other team members and apply relevant UX trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design or related technical field
• Advanced visual and interaction design skills with strong attention to detail and usability
• Proficiency in Figma, working with components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and efficient file organization
• Strong UX writing skills to craft clear, concise, and helpful in-product copy that enhances usability
• Skilled in translating research findings into actionable design solutions
• Ability to run usability tests, analyze customer feedback, and iterate quickly
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills within a 3-in-a-box model (UX, PM, ENG)
• Comfortable presenting design rationale and leading design reviews
• Experience working in agile environments and delivering at pace within sprint cycles
• Ensures designs launch as intended through close partnership with engineering
• High standards for design quality and continuous improvement
• Curious, data-informed, and passionate about understanding user behavior
