Job Description
OES is seeking an Academic Program Director to lead the development and implementation of program delivery and student experience strategies for their Swinburne Online (SOL) Higher Education programs. This role is focused on improving program effectiveness, student outcomes, and aligning with OES's position as a pioneer in online education in Australia. It emphasizes innovation and a commercial mindset in education.
