Job Description
OES is seeking a Senior Digital Designer to help shape the future of its in-house creative capabilities. This role focuses on transforming creative output across paid and organic channels, from Meta to TikTok, with a focus on platform-fit assets that drive impact through the entire marketing funnel. The position involves leading the creation of high-performing digital assets, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with various teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in digital design, ideally in performance marketing or agency settings
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
- Strong motion design and video editing skills
- Deep understanding of full-funnel creative strategy
- A collaborative mindset and mentoring experience
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
