Job Description
The CFO is seeking a Controller to oversee accounting operations for multiple client accounts, ensuring accurate reporting, GAAP adherence, and timely financial close. The role involves strong leadership, technical expertise, and managing multiple client priorities. This is a full-time, remote position with a 9 AM - 5 PM CST work schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a Controller role.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks.
- Proficiency with accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Xero, or similar.
- Advanced Excel skills and cloud-based finance tools.
