Manufacturing Specialist

onsemi is a leading supplier of semiconductor-based solutions. The company is looking for a Manufacturing Specialist to join their team in Seremban, Malaysia. The role involves operating manufacturing tools, working in a self-directed team environment, and interfacing with computer systems to perform job duties.

Requirements

• Operating manufacturing tools to process high quality product.
• Working in a self-directed work team environment to achieve daily goals.
• Interfacing with computer systems to perform job duties.
• Performing all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and programs.
• Obtains and maintains all required skill certifications.
• Utilizes Lot Priority and other inventory management systems as required for product tracking and communications.
• Uses Statistical Process Control (SPC) to audit control charts.
• Performs and maintains equipment qualifications and status in the work area.
• Is responsible for maintaining and monitoring of all clean room protocols.
• Must assure compliance with all safety standards and participate in monitoring them.
• Must be able to utilize computer aided manufacturing such as Workstream and Cold Fusion for communication, data recording and report extraction.
