Job Description
The Ontario Medical Association (OMA) is seeking an Advisor, Health Policy to support their advocacy initiatives and contribute to policy development within Ontario's healthcare system. This role involves research, analysis, preparing policy products, and working cross-functionally with physician members to improve health policies and practices. The position supports a hybrid work environment, requiring a minimum number of days to be based in Toronto.
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree in Health Administration, Public Policy, or equivalent
- Post-graduate Degree (Master's in Public Policy or related field) preferred
- 3+ years relevant analytical experience
- Equivalent combination of training/experience may be considered
