The Senior Manager, Business Operations will serve as a trusted advisor to Technology departmental leadership teams, driving cultural alignment and engagement across the division. The role will also facilitate strategic planning, ensure focus on shaping the department agendas, and manage and integrate enterprise initiatives.
Requirements
- University graduate
- MBA or prior experience in a consulting role beneficial
- Demonstrated organization, facilitation, project management, critical thinking, communication and presentation skills
- Strong collaboration and acknowledged team player
- Able to influence without authority, engage stakeholders effectively, and make recommendations
- Understanding of general business and management practices, particularly within the context of technology operations within financial services
- Strong operational efficiency knowledge
- Demonstrated application of AI tools that drive improved productivity
- Foundational familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Minimum 5 to 10 years related work experience desired
