Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Opal Autism Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to children with autism. As a RBT, you will implement individualized treatment plans and engage with families to support their understanding and involvement in the therapy process.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience working with children or individuals with special needs
• Ability to obtain CPR certification before employment start date
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards in behavior analysis
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a treatment team
• Desire for ongoing professional development and training
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and sit/stand/squat throughout the day
