Job Description
Trillium is a leading proprietary trading firm seeking a Data Scientist to develop and refine analytics solutions. The role involves designing dashboards, analyzing data to identify key insights, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making. This position is a key component of Trillium’s growth, offering the opportunity to grow leadership and impact in a dynamic analytics environment.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science, preferably in finance, trading, or another fast-paced business setting
- Proficiency with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Strong skills in Python and/or R for data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization
- Experience with dashboarding/BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or RStudio/Posit, and project management tools such as Jira
- Strong communication skills
- Curiosity and intellectual independence
