The Principal Solution Consultant will work with account managers and the technical community to support the sales process and develop key relationships with clients and prospects. The role requires strong business acumen, customer interaction skills, and the ability to understand customer challenges and industry drivers.
Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering with 8 – 10 years practical experience in consulting, technology, and/or industry
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in related technologies a plus but not a must
- Expertise in Process Industry required
- Experience in the process or manufacturing industries
- Ability to lead cross functional teams and manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Strong business acumen
- Adept at performing customer interviews, identifying improvement opportunities, and overcoming resistance to change
- Ability to assess and articulate customer value creation
- Strong passion for cutting-edge technologies
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong English language skills
