Job Description
OpenAI is seeking software engineers to join its Infrastructure organization, which supports teams working on AI systems. The role involves scaling and hardening infrastructure, ensuring high reliability, performance, and security for systems like ChatGPT. Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant industry experience
- 2+ years leading large scale, complex projects or teams as an engineer or tech lead
- A passion for distributed systems
- Proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and IaC tools
- Strong knowledge of containerization technologies
- Experience with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of security best practices
