Job Description
OpenEye is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive success for its mid-market customer segment. This role focuses on managing a portfolio of accounts, leveraging data and AI to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and collaborating with Channel Sales teams to achieve mutual goals. The role is key to scaling the company's cloud video technology.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Implementation, or Account Management role at a B2B technology or SaaS company.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, or equivalent 2+ years of related experience.
- Demonstrated experience protecting the commercial health of a large book of business using data-driven prioritization and scalable engagement tactics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into an actionable strategy.
- Experience in a company with both hardware and SaaS/software components.
- Excellent communication skills.
