Job Description
OpenFn Group is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer Lead to design a scalable automation platform that simplifies workflows for tech teams in governments and NGOs. The role involves both design execution and strategic thinking, requiring a strong user-centric approach and collaboration with engineering teams. The platform focuses on streamlining data exchange and automating repetitive tasks within a digital public services context.
Requirements
- 4+ years designing complex B2SaaS platforms with portfolio showcasing workflow tools.
- Dual-audience design expertise, proven ability to create interfaces for both technical and non-technical users.
- 3+ years building and scaling design systems, including component libraries and governance processes.
- Experience in agile environments with demonstrated ability to estimate design effort and deliver within sprint cycles.
- Comfort working with API integrations, workflow builders, or automation platforms.
