OPENLANE is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead a team responsible for financial excellence across multiple European entities. This role combines accounting expertise with leadership skills, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will thrive in a hands-on environment and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and statutory reporting
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Hands-on attention to detail and solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in SAP Business One and Excel
- Desire for continuous improvement and being open to change
