We are looking for a Title Coordinator to conduct title service processing and ensure client service level agreements and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong telephone support, and proficiency in 50 state titling process, recovery affidavits, and communications with auctions.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service
- Strong telephone support
- Ability to answer or research client questions
- General filing, copying and administrative support
- Familiarity with 50 state titling process, recovery affidavits, and communications with auctions
- Ability to complete title and/or registration applications, recovery affidavits and tracking transactions in all 51 U.S. jurisdictions
- Ability to communicate changes with Department of Motor Vehicles in state processing of title applications
- Ability to maintain open lines of communication with clients and perform other duties as directed by Management
