Transportation Manager

We are seeking a Transportation Manager with experience in managing vehicle logistics and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in logistics and managing teams. This role involves providing day-to-day leadership, supervision, training, and development to the logistics team, managing team staffing, scheduling, and timekeeping, and being accountable for the market's financial performance.

Requirements

• 3-5 Years’ of related experience in a logistics or dispatching role
• 3-5 years supervisory experience
• Tech-savvy, and comfortable using Google Suite
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
• Ability to maintain calm and diplomatic in dispute resolution situations
• Autonomous, self-driven, proactive and a team player
• Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills with the ability to juggle demands and meet deadlines
