Job Description
OpenTable, part of Booking Holdings, is seeking a highly skilled Attorney to join its Legal team as a Director, Legal. The role focuses on litigation and employment matters, providing strategic leadership and operational support for commercial, product, and regulatory matters. This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco, with a 2-day/week in-office schedule. They offer a fast-paced, global environment with opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law.
- Minimum 8 years of combined law firm and in-house experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex contracts, litigation matters, and employment-related legal issues.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience managing and mentoring attorneys.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to technology companies (e.g., competition, consumer protection).
