Job Description
OpenTable, part of Booking Holdings, Inc., is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Coordinator to join its Legal team. The role involves managing commercial agreements, supporting legal operations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management and legal operations, with a focus on efficiency, risk management, and internal support.
Requirements
- Review, draft, and manage a range of commercial agreements, including NDAs and vendor contracts.
- Manage the legal intake process, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely responses.
- Support legal operations including corporate governance and insurance.
- Support the legal team with legal document collection and coordination.
- Organize, track, and maintain legal files and document storage systems.
