Member Loyalty Representative

Oportun is seeking a Member Loyalty Representative to create and generate a rewarding and unique member service experience. The role involves welcoming members, processing transactions, and educating members and communities about Oportun's inclusive, affordable financial services.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Outgoing and sales-focused
• Available to work weekends and flexible with a rotating work schedule
• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
• Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment
• Ability to organize and file paper documents
