We are seeking a Member Loyalty Representative to create and generate a rewarding and unique member service experience. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, outgoing, and enjoy speaking with people. They will work with customers, process transactions, and educate members about our inclusive, affordable financial services.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Customer service, cashier, sales, or hospitality experience
- Available to work weekends and flexible schedule
- Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
- Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment
