Job Description
OPSWAT is seeking a Project Lead for their new HR Shared Services function, focused on transforming HR support into a faster, smarter, and more seamless experience. The role involves designing, implementing, and standardizing HR processes like ticketing, knowledge bases, SLAs, and data governance. This is a key position contributing to the future of HR service delivery within an AI-enabled model.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR service delivery
- Strong project and operations management skills
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), or knowledge base platforms
