Hospice Occupational Therapist

Optimal Care is a clinician-owned and operated company that provides exceptional care to patients and families. We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team to administer occupational therapy to patients in their place of residence.

Requirements

• A graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association
• 1-year clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association
• Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance coverage
• Ability to lift at least 35lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively
