Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Senior NetSuite Administrator to take ownership of the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimisation of the NetSuite ERP environment.
Requirements
- Administer and maintain the NetSuite platform, including user roles, permissions, workflows, and configurations
- Act as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related support and system issues
- Manage system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and release coordination
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to translate business needs into NetSuite configurations
- Develop and maintain saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and reports
- Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal controls
- Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and user training materials
