Job Description
Opus Agency is seeking a Sr. Event Technology Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of large-scale events, including registration, content, and onsite operations. This role involves managing workstreams and ensuring successful project completion on a fast-paced basis. The ideal candidate will be a client-facing professional who can effectively manage budgets, lead teams, and drive innovation within the events industry.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a relevant role
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in digital platforms (Rainfocus, Swoogo, Stova, Cvent, Eventbase, Airtable) and tools
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
