We are looking for passionate and motivated customer service specialists to join our dynamic team. As a customer service agent, you will be the first point of contact for our program participants.
Requirements
- Manage customer requests in a proactive and courteous manner
- Respond to an average volume of 40 calls per day, with an average call time of 8 to 10 minutes
- Resolve level 1 complaints and escalate more complex cases as needed
- Schedule appointments and update participant information in the Smartrac system
