AI Engineer

The AI Engineer will design, develop, configure, evaluate, monitor and optimize generative AI and agent solutions for Oracle applications. The ideal candidate will create processes, tools and tests to evaluate and optimize AI responses on customer instances at scale. The candidate will develop monetizable services and build revenue streams around different levels of test, evaluation, monitoring and audit for generative AI authoring, summarization, retrieval augmented generation and agentic workflows.

Requirements

• Evaluate and optimize GenAI solutions
• Provide analysis and reporting of AI quality and business value
• Develop methods and tools to evaluate, improve, extend, and measure ROI of Oracle AI solutions
• Design and develop custom AI solutions to optimize and generate efficiencies for business operations
• Help monetize AI capabilities as managed services
• Support internal standardization and uptake of generative AI code assist tools
• Interface with Oracle AI Review (OAR) Board and Corporate Security Solution Assurance Process team to ensure AI and security governance
