Job Description
The Principal Technical Account Manager will be the core representative for Oracle Cloud in the BENGALIURU, KARNATAKA, India region. This role involves acting as a customer advocate, translating business needs into technical solutions, managing the integration of Oracle Cloud services, and working closely with internal teams to ensure project success. They will drive the deployment of Oracle Cloud workloads and handle the customer relationship with key contacts.
Requirements
- Lead and oversee end-to-end SDLC from requirement intake to go-live activities.
- Manage communication with internal teams, cross-functional partners, and external vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 8-15 years in IT industry and 5 years of OCI experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Terraform, Kubernetes, and other cloud technologies.
