Job Description
The Principal Technical Account Manager (Specialist) will act as a strategic advocate for the customer, understanding their business requirements and translating them into integrated solutions. This role focuses on cloud adoption, providing guidance, establishing communication channels, and driving the deployment of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. The position requires strong technical expertise in cloud technologies and a consultative approach to business processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- 8-15 years of IT experience
- 5 years of OCI with thorough understanding
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Terraform and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, Shell)
- Solid experience in deploying and managing workloads on Kubernetes
- Experience building monitoring dashboards and alerts using Prometheus and Grafana
- Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, and IAM models
- Successful track record in delivering IT solutions on time and on budget
