Project Manager - HCM

Project Manager - HCM position at Oracle Consulting in Hong Kong. Lead full-lifecycle implementations of Oracle's Campus Solutions and/or Human Capital Management (HCM) product suites.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience, including at least 8 years of project/program management experience
• Proven track record leading end-to-end implementations and upgrades for Oracle Campus Solutions or HCM
• At least 5 full-cycle implementations in Campus or HCM, with experience managing both cloud and on-prem environments
• Hands-on experience as a Functional Lead or Solution Architect in Campus or HCM is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of Oracle implementation methodologies and project governance best practices
• Expertise in project tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project estimation frameworks
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, time, cost, and quality across multiple workstreams
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills, particularly with senior stakeholders and external vendors
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, M.Ed., etc.) is desirable
• Immediate availability is preferred
