Project Manager - HCM

Oracle Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of their solutions for higher education and human capital management within campus solutions and HCM. The role involves full-lifecycle implementations, customer relationship management, and driving measurable business value. It's a strategic hands-on position requiring collaboration across teams and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience, including at least 8 years of project/program management experience
• Proven track record leading end-to-end implementations and upgrades for Oracle Campus Solutions or HCM
• At least 5 full-cycle implementations in Campus or HCM, with experience managing both cloud and on-prem environments
• Strong understanding of Oracle implementation methodologies and project governance best practices
• Expertise in project tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
